About the Ministry
Jesus Power Outreach Ministries is an evangelistic ministry directed at preaching and
teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, fostering spiritual
awakening among believers, and raising spiritual warriors to go forth and do exploits under
the anointing of the Holy Spirit, destroying the works of darkness, and establishing God's
righteousness with miracles, signs and wonders. The source of strength of this ministry is
the written word of God.
The ministry operates by organizing revival services, crusades, conferences, seminars and
retreats to preach and teach God's under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We work alongside
other churches to acheive this objective. The ministry also plants churches and fellowships
in areas where they are needed for the enhancement of the work of the Kingdom of God.
Brief History
After a series of visions and prophetic messages, on March 14, 1992, Evangelist Oguazi Onyemobi
started organizing a teaching, healing and deliverance program called Hour of Power.
The program was directed at raising spiritual warriors and equipping them to go out and do
exploits for the Kingdom of God. A year later, on May 9, 1993, Jesus Power Outreach Ministries
was officially inaugurated in Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria by a team of ministers led
by Reverend Bello of the Rhema Chapel, Ilorin, Nigeria.
Since then, God has been using the Ministry to touch and transform the lives of many in Nigeria
and in many other nations of the world. In Africa, God has used the ministry in South Africa,
Ghana, Egypt, Togo, Equatorial Guinea and Benin Republic. The ministry has also held evangelistic
and prayer meetings in the United States of America, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
Registration
The ministrty is registered as a corporate body by the Corporate Affairs Commission,
Federal Republic of Nigeria, under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree No. 1, 1990
(Part C � Incorporated Trustees).
