YOU
ARE UNSTOPPABLE
Key Passage: Romans
9:11b,15-17
“…That
the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of
works but of Him who calls…. For He says to Moses, ‘I
will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have
compassion on whomever I will have compassion.’ So then
it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who
shows mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, ‘For this
very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in
you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.’”
God’s
purpose for your life is unalterable. His destiny for your life
is unpreventable. He knew you before you were born, and He has
a design
for your life (Jer 1:5). The enemy cannot twist that design if
you will stand firm in your faith in God.
As a child of God you are elected for greatness even before the world began (Eph
1:3-4). God put the life of His Son on the line from the foundation of the world
to guarantee you a place in His divine plan (Rev 13:8). By that plan He predestined
you to be adopted as His son (Eph 1:5). It is His decision. It is the sovereign
_expression of His mercy (Rom 9:16). There is nothing anybody can do about that.
Child of God, it does not matter what Satan has designed for your life. It is
immaterial where your life circumstance has placed you. God is greater than your
situation. Remember that by His sovereign wisdom, He found you; by His mercy
He picked you up; and by His grace He made you what you are today. Is He then
not able to perfect His will in your life?
You are unstoppable. Satan cannot cripple God’s destiny for your
life. You will reach your goal. You will finish your course. You will
wear your crown.
Does it not amaze you that the same household that decreed the gruesome
murder of the Hebrew male children preserved and supervised the upbringing
of Moses,
the deliverer of the Hebrews? That is because God’s purpose must stand.
Pharaoh of Egypt came to know that God he despised and underrated, but that
being after he had been armtwisted and hamstrung by the Almighty God.
I challenge you to be resilient and irrepressible in the pursuit of your
life goals and aspirations. Move forward in faith and you shall see the
glory of God.
This year shall be for you a year of new beginnings – a year of great
victories, in Jesus name. Amen.
